We were approached by a client who wanted to build a pool house with a twist using our shed structure. This would allow him excellent indorr/outdoor flow economically using roller doors. Provide space for the spa and pump which was piped into the slab. The shed also acts as one side of the fencing requirements and provides extra catchment for rain water keeping the pool topped up in summer. Interesting to note but you could build this shed without a consent if your zoned rural and dont need any plumbing installed.
